All digital products, including activity packs, unit plans, and audiobooks, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

All physical books are printed and shipped through our print-on-demand partner.

We offer replacements or refunds only if your item arrives damaged or defective.
